YHORG Grant Program Summary
YHORG (Young Horizons Organization for Research and Grants) is committed to supporting high quality arts and research based creative projects that benefit communities worldwide. Through its grant programs, YHORG enables artists and cultural organizations across the globe to create, share, and expand access to the arts, celebrate diverse cultural heritage, and support lifelong arts learning. YHORG supports creative initiatives that strengthen communities, encourage cultural exchange, and promote artistic innovation across regions and disciplines. The organization also recognizes the role of the arts in well being and social connection and welcomes projects that explore arts and health, including creative and expressive practices that support individuals and communities. Applications are encouraged from both first time and returning applicants. YHORG welcomes submissions from organizations serving rural, urban, suburban, and Indigenous communities of all sizes, as well as organizations with small, medium, or large operating budgets. The program is open internationally and is not restricted by nationality or geographic location. YHORG funds arts projects in the following disciplines: Arts Education Dance Design and Community Based Arts Folk and Traditional Arts Literary Arts Local and Regional Arts Initiatives Museums and Cultural Institutions Music Opera Presenting and Multidisciplinary Works Theater and Musical Theater Visual and Media Arts A full description of the grant program and guidelines is provided below. Eligibility

Eligible applicants include:
Individual artists with a documented artistic practice and CV or résumé
Nonprofit or not for profit arts and cultural organizations
Community based organizations and collectives
Educational and research institutions
Cultural institutions, foundations, and initiatives
Indigenous and traditional cultural communities
Applicants must demonstrate an active and consistent record of artistic or cultural work prior to the application deadline.
Generally, an applicant may submit one application per calendar year.
Funding Levels
Grant amounts are awarded based on project scope, scale, and impact.
Applicants may request funding within the following ranges:
10,000 to 100,000 currency equivalent for standard arts projects
Higher funding ranges may be considered for large scale, multi community, or multidisciplinary initiatives
Some programs may require a cost share or matching contribution, which may include a combination of cash and in kind support. Specific requirements will be outlined in the program guidelines where applicable.
